Questions: How do I pay for my account?

Answer: Galactic Communications uses Quickbooks, the industry leading accounting software from Intuit (the makers of Quicken and TurboTax).  When a new account is opened, we create an invoice in Quickbooks and email that invoice with payment instructions to the mailbox of the new account.

The email includes a link that you then click on to access Intuit's online payment system.  You will be able to view a PDF version of the invoice and print it for your own records.  Payment is then made to Intuit using a credit card.  You initiate this payment and we never see your credit card details.  

When payment is made, you then can print yourself a receipt for your own record.  Additionally, an email confirmation is sent both to your FirstClass email account and to our Administrator account confirming that payment was made.  Please keep this email as proof of payment.  Intuit then deposits the funds into our bank account.

At any time following, you can return to your online payment account on Intuit's site to review payments that were made.
